Ballet Firsthand: Lecture and Master Class with Vladimir Yaroshenko
📆 08.02.2026, 11:00 - 13:00
📍 Atlas Tower, Warszawa
Unique Meeting with the Premier of Ballet Teatr Wielki – Opera Narodowa
Ballet is not just movement. When the dance appears on stage, the world pauses—and suddenly, a simple movement transforms into a sensation, emotion, story.
Vladimir Yaroshenko, a leading artist of Polish opera and ballet, shares his professional and personal experiences openly for the first time.
You will enjoy a warm, lively conversation about the artist's journey, how scenes are born, how the troupe lives behind the scenes, and what it truly means to "speak" with your body as a form of art.
Among his most notable roles: Romeo in "Romeo and Juliet" (Krzysztof Pastor), Ivan the Terrible in "Ivan the Terrible" (Yuriy Grigorovich), Siegfried in "Swan Lake" (Yuriy Grigorovich), Solor in "La Bayadère" (Natalia Makarova). He has worked with the best choreographers and theater directors in Europe, received the "Gloria Artis" medal, and has three awards as the "best dancer in Poland."
In the finale—a master class where you can participate personally or simply observe. You will see real ballet props—tutu, pointe shoes, ballet shoes, ballet bodice, and tights—and learn how they "work" on stage.
This will be interesting for everyone: from ballet enthusiasts to those who love movement, art, and human stories.
The session will take place in a real dance hall—a living space filled with the breath of rehearsals, the sound of footsteps on the parquet, and the energy of those who are in love with movement.
To immerse yourself in the atmosphere, we suggest a light dress code in the spirit of the stage—perhaps you have ballet shoes, pointe shoes, a veil, or another theatrical element. The main thing is your imagination and mood.
